Job summary

Group Management Services (GMS) is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join a leading national PEO. You’ll drive 100% B2B new business development, manage the full sales cycle from cold call to contract, and build your region with autonomy.

We offer a base salary of $60K-$75K, uncapped commissions, 3 weeks PTO, 8 holidays, comprehensive benefits, mileage and cell phone reimbursements, plus top-tier training and a Leadership Academy.

Responsibilities

• 100% B2B new business development.
• Prospect and manage the full sales cycle from cold call to contract.
• Daily hunting for new prospects via cold calling and in-person meetings.
• Meet with decision-makers to present solutions that improve business outcomes.
• Propose tailored solutions to prospective clients' needs.
• Create tangible value by impacting small businesses in your community.
