Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to connect with local business owners, listen to needs, and offer insurance solutions that fit. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to boost confidence and performance in the field.

The position offers draw pay, commissions and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and in-person, business-to-business as well as individual sales. Licensing assistance is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain (licensing assistance and reimbursement provided).
• Strong focus on compassionate service, client relationships and mentorship.
• Ability to train and support new team members and drive field performance.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members, helping them build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
• Work closely with your manager to set goals and grow your impact in the field.
