Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to contact homeowners, demonstrate pest control solutions, and close sales. You will work a 40-hour week, enjoy a company vehicle and gas card, and earn commission on top of an hourly base.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, independence, and enthusiasm for meeting new people while working outdoors in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Techs have all information needed to delight the homeowner.
• Work a 40 hour week and stay motivated, able to work independently.
• Meet new people and enjoy working outside.
