HomeTeam Pest Defense in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. No prior sales experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

You will reach homeowners in your assigned area, explain the benefits and pricing of our pest control solutions, and prepare accurate sales documents so our Pest Control Techs can deliver a delightful customer experience. You’ll work independently, thrive outdoors, and enjoy flexible hours with potential for

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
