Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Sarasota to reach homeowners, generate sales, and demonstrate our pest control solutions. You will build relationships, work independently, and thrive in an outdoor environment while communicating product benefits and pricing to customers.

No prior sales experience needed — full training will be provided. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required. Enjoy competitive pay and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
