Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrated success selling services or other intangible solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• HVAC experience is not required.
• Familiarity with the Cincinnati market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through high-volume phone prospecting and in-person calls.
• Build relationships with facility managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings and develop a strong territory and sales pipeline.
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and providing solutions.
• Lead the sales process with discovery meetings, proposals, and executive-level presentations.
• Close new business and establish long-term customer relationships.
