SitePro Rentals, a Sammons Industrial company, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover Southeast Austin (Bastrop, Kyle, San Marcos). You will grow sales, build lasting relationships, and drive customer success while collaborating with the team on campaigns.

A 3+ year outside sales background in construction, manufacturing, or equipment rental is preferred with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or equipment rental.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that build confidence and loyalty.
• Self-starter with solid time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales, market share, and profitability within your assigned territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers through service, trust, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with teammates to share leads, support campaigns, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
