Job summary

Victors Home Solutions is seeking ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to build a lucrative career in exterior home improvement sales. You'll meet with homeowners using a company‑provided vehicle, and you’ll work with three warm, vetted leads daily generated by our marketing team.

As part of a full-service exterior sales role, you’ll inspect exteriors, discuss roofing/insulation/windows/siding options, and guide homeowners through the purchasing process.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and driven with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners.
• Comfortable presenting and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Run 3 warm, vetted leads provided daily.
• Travel from home to customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
• Meet with homeowners and build strong relationships.
• Conduct thorough exterior home inspections.
• Enter attics and walk roofs as needed to evaluate conditions.
• Identify homeowner needs and present exterior solutions.
