Job summary

Rogers Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions in Joliet, IL is hiring Outside Sales Representatives. The role involves meeting homeowners, performing 21‑Point Roof Inspections, and selling exterior improvements such as roofing, insulation, windows, and siding.

You’ll operate from a company-provided vehicle with 3 warm leads daily and strong team support. No roofing or home improvement experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Run 3 warm, vetted leads provided daily.
• Travel directly from home to customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
• Meet with homeowners and build strong relationships.
• Conduct thorough exterior home inspections.
• Enter attics when required to evaluate conditions and document findings.
• Safely access roofs and complete our 21-Point Roof Inspection.
• Take detailed photos and document the condition of the home.
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend exterior solutions.
• Present project options, pricing, warranties, and financing.
• Guide homeowners through the sales process and close the sale.
