Victors Home Solutions is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in Cincinnati to build a successful career in exterior home-improvement sales. You’ll meet homeowners, present recommended exterior solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process using 3 warm leads provided daily and a company-provided vehicle.

We offer full training, tools, leads, and support, with a compensation range of $100,000 to $350,000 per year and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• No roofing or home improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Run 3 warm, vetted leads provided daily.
• Travel directly from home to customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
• Meet with homeowners and build strong relationships.
• Conduct thorough exterior home inspections.
• Enter attics when required to evaluate conditions and document findings.
• Safely access roofs and complete our 21-Point Roof Inspection.
• Take detailed photos and document the condition of the home.
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend exterior solutions, present options, pricing, warranties, and financing.
• Guide homeowners through the sales process and close the sale.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through project completion.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Participate in ride-along appointments and continued coaching.
• Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals.

We're Hiring — Outside Sales Representatives

We're looking for ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Representatives who are ready to build a successful career in sales while helping homeowners protect and improve their homes.

And we provide the opportunities.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll receive 3 warm, vetted leads every day. These aren't cold calls or door knocking. Our marketing team generates and qualifies the opportunities, and you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes.

You'll run your appointments directly from home in a company-provided vehicle, giving you the flexibility and independence to manage your territory while being supported by a strong team behind you.

When you arrive at the homeowner's property, you'll inspect the home, including entering the attic and walking the roof, take detailed photos, and complete our comprehensive 21-Point Roof Inspection. You'll then use your findings to educate the homeowner, present the recommended solutions, and guide them through the process of making a confident purchasing decision.

This is a full-service exterior sales position, with opportunities to sell projects including:

• Roofing
• Insulation
• Windows
• Siding
• Gutters

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid as:

• $1,000 after successful completion of 3-week training
• $4,000 after 90 days of employment

• Clean driving record required. Must meet company requirements for operating a company vehicle
• Able to pass a background check
