Victors Home Solutions is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Madison/Milwaukee area. The role involves meeting with homeowners, leveraging 3 warm leads daily, and working from a company-provided vehicle to inspect exteriors and close sales on roofing, insulation, windows, siding, and more.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, a strong support team, and a clear path to growth with a company that values integrity and outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• No roofing or home improvement experience required.
• No prior sales experience required.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Run 3 warm, vetted leads provided daily
• Travel directly from home to customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle
• Meet with homeowners and build strong relationships
• Conduct thorough exterior home inspections
• Enter attics when required to evaluate conditions and document findings
• Safely access roofs and complete our 21-Point Roof Inspection
• Take detailed photos and document the condition of the home
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate exterior solutions
• Present project options, pricing, warranties, and financing
• Guide homeowners through the sales process and close the sale
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through the completion of the project
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
• Participate in ride-along appointments and continued coaching
• Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals
