Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to promote products and build relationships with new and existing accounts. You may work some non-traditional hours to meet customer needs and goals.

This role emphasizes developing new business, servicing accounts, and driving sales growth in a dynamic foodservice market. A strong customer focus and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years relevant experience including Sysco Sales Internship.
• Experience in B2B or outside sales is preferred.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve growth.
• Qualify prospects and follow company account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor product/service mixes.
• Present market insights and recommended products to customers.
• Drive a personal vehicle to accounts and attend events as required.
• Manage routing, deliveries, and credit-related activities as needed.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
