Job summary

Arapahoe Fire Protection is hiring a Sales Representative / Account Executive to join our fire protection sales team in Wheat Ridge or Aurora, Colorado. This full-time, outside sales role focuses on new business development and growing a book of recurring customers.

We offer uncapped commission, a base salary, structured training, and a clear path to leadership. You’ll advise business owners and facilities managers, helping them stay compliant and protect people and property.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing, sales, or service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar) a plus.
• Fire protection or facilities experience helpful; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business via cold calls, visits, and outreach.
• Build and grow your own book of business into long-term relationships.
• Conduct site walks and needs assessments for compliance, inspection, and service opportunities.
• Present customized fire protection inspection, service, and installation solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close and ongoing management.
• Manage pipeline, activities, and forecasts using Salesforce and other tools.
