Job summary

Fire Fighter Sales & Service Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding services within existing accounts. The role focuses on prospecting, generating leads, and upselling inspection services to meet client needs.

You will build long-term relationships while presenting and negotiating pricing and contracts for service agreements. Success requires a proactive sales approach, strong communication, and the ability to deliver value-driven

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales experience with prospecting, scheduling, qualifying, negotiating and closing.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Great Plains, ServicePoint and SharePoint a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of fire protection equipment and services.
• Conduct sales calls to grow inspection and service business by onboarding new customers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Drive added service sales with existing customers and convert projects to service agreements.
• Lead client-facing activities and present/pricing/contract negotiations.
• Travel locally to meet clients and prospects; field-based role with some in-office meetings.
