Approved Fire Protection & Security (AFPS) in Warrendale, PA seeks a driven Business Development Sales Representative to aggressively grow our fire protection portfolio. This role focuses on hunting new business and building relationships through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and events.

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fire protection experience is required.
• Outside sales experience is a MUST.
• Able to travel to customer sites throughout territories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• English reading and writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Hunter outbound sales to grow fire protection portfolio.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, secure appointments with decision-makers.
• Present and sell full portfolio of fire protection solutions.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Maintain funnel and pipeline to ensure ongoing opportunity creation.
• Log communications, appointments, quotes, and follow-ups in CRM.
