Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative in Minnesota to grow our customer base for facility services. You will prospect and close new business using the CRM to manage leads, while earning base salary plus commissions and a car allowance.

The role includes hands‑on training, certification, and clear paths for career advancement within a Fortune 500 company that values safety, sustainability, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory and use the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Deliver facility services solutions through B2B sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
• Build a successful career with training and certification to enable ongoing sales excellence.
