Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative for our Outside Sales team in the Minneapolis area. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory, using our CRM to close new business and consistently hit weekly sales goals and quotas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS/CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of sales experience, especially in B2B contexts.
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Use CRM to identify, close new business and meet weekly sales goals.
• Conduct in-person sales demonstrations, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build relationships with customers and present apparel solutions and branding.
