Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Sun Valley, CA is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to deliver facility services solutions. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business using CRM, field calls, and product demonstrations to help customers run safer, cleaner, and more efficient operations.

This role offers a base salary with unlimited commissions, a monthly car allowance, hands-on training, and regular recognition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to spend the majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field.
• Ability to work from the assigned Cintas office on Mon/Wed 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Fri 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., plus field sales.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within the territory using CRM.
• Close new business and achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
• Provide solutions to facility services needs through demonstrations and negotiations.
• Participate in the Cintas Sales Training Program and apply learned skills.
