Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Aston, PA is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your local territory, using our CRM to close new business and meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

This role offers a base salary plus monthly commission, a car allowance, comprehensive training and certification, and recognition programs to reward performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to spend the majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field, including daily travel by car within the assigned local territory
• Ability to work from the assigned Cintas office on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., in addition to field sales activities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory
• Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals
• Engage in outside B2B sales and deliver product demonstrations
• Negotiate, handle objections and close sales to meet targets
