Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Puyallup, WA is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to provide facility services solutions to local customers. You will prospect, develop, and close new business, using our CRM and field visits to meet weekly quotas and build a rewarding career with a Fortune 500 company.

The role offers a base salary with unlimited commission, a monthly car package, hands‑on training, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel locally and meet prospects in the field.
• Office hours Monday and Wednesday mornings 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the local territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals.
• Outside sales in the assigned territory with field travel.
• Support customers with facility services solutions and close deals.
• Collaborate with team to achieve quarterly targets.
