Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative - Outside Sales in Santa Clara, CA. You will drive growth by targeting commercial and industrial clients, building relationships, and coordinating with engineering to deliver tailored water treatment solutions.

The role offers a competitive base with uncapped bonus potential, a company car, and gas card. Travel within the territory is expected as needed, with opportunities for professional development and industry

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in water treatment or related technical field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical information clearly.
Ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored water treatment solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and target commercial and industrial customers in Santa Clara/Silicon Valley.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and grow market share.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure proper system design and implementation.
