Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative in Santa Clara, CA, to drive growth in commercial and industrial water treatment solutions. You will target new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships with proactive, results‑oriented strategies.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, collaborating with engineering teams, and delivering tailored proposals.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in water treatment or related technical field.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of water treatment processes, systems, and technologies.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential commercial and industrial customers in the region, focusing on industries like manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare, and hospitality.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in commercial and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding water treatment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure correct design and implementation of systems that meet customer requirements.
Prepare and present detailed proposals with pricing, product specs, and timelines to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM; provide regular updates to management.
