Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Columbia, SC. This role drives solutions for work apparel, laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding, helping teams present a professional image.

You will apply learned skills from our Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demos, negotiations, and closing, while meeting weekly sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend majority of work week meeting prospective customers in the field.
• Office presence Monday/Wednesday mornings and Friday morning.
• Proficiency with MS Office, intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory.
• Use CRM to identify, close new business and hit weekly quotas.
• Provide solutions for work apparel needs and branding.
• Participate in Sales Training Program and apply skills (cold-calling, demos, negotiations).
• Engage in B2B outside sales and build long-term customer relationships.
