Cintas Corporation is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative in Columbia, MO. You will build relationships, manage a local territory, and drive weekly sales goals through prospecting, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and certification, a monthly car allowance, and ongoing recognition for performance. This role emphasizes customer-first solutions and long-term business development in a dynamic, Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend the majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field, with local travel.
• Office time Mon/Wed 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Fri 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m., in addition to field sales.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals.
• Achieve quarterly and annual quotas while representing Cintas to customers.
• Provide solutions for work apparel needs and related services in a B2B context.
• Collaborate with team to ensure customers are Ready for the Workday.
