Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring an Outside Sales representative in the Hammond, IN area. In this B2B role, you will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory, leveraging the CRM to close new business and meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

You will receive a competitive base salary plus commissions, a monthly car allowance, and comprehensive training and certification to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS is required.
• Experience or exposure to B2B sales is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Utilize the CRM to identify opportunities, close new business, and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Perform in a consultative sales approach to drive the Outside Sales process.
