Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in a B2B capacity. You will prospect in your territory, develop leads, and close new business while using our CRM to track opportunities and quotas.

A base salary plus commission, car allowance, and comprehensive training support your success. You will receive hands-on training, certifications, and recognition programs while contributing to safer, cleaner facilities for customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Use the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly goals.
• Present solutions to customers and manage the sales process from demo to close.
