Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a driven Sales Representative for its Outside Sales team in the United States. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business to meet weekly and quarterly targets while managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and a competitive compensation plan combining base salary with commissions, a car allowance, and benefits designed to support career growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, pursue, and close new business.
• Consistently achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
