Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to grow our local customer base with weekly sales goals and quotas. You will prospect, develop, and close new business in a B2B environment, using CRM to manage leads and drive revenue.

The role includes a base salary plus commission, a comprehensive car package, hands-on training, and ongoing recognition and career growth opportunities. Strong drive and customer focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend the majority of the week meeting prospective customers in the field with daily travel in local territory.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within the local territory.
• Develop and close new business in a B2B sales environment.
• Utilize CRM to manage prospects and close sales while meeting weekly quotas.
