Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to sell pest control products and services to a range of industries. You will leverage a proven brand and award-winning training to develop trusted client relationships and drive revenue growth.

No prior industry experience is required; strong performance orientation and a service mindset are valued. A company vehicle, phone, and iPad are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required; pesticide license/certification if needed (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Build trusted relationships and solve problems to protect customers’ businesses.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and leads; use marketing tools to drive new business.
• Conduct property inspections and present solutions; set expectations for peace of mind.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
