Genuine Parts Company in Winona, MN is seeking a Sales Pro who thrives on selling, winning new customers, and growing our NAPA Auto Parts business. You will be a self-motivated, customer-centric representative promoting our full line of products and services to wholesale customers.

You will drive store growth, develop local plans with the Store Manager, and manage leads while delivering strong service and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer focused role and the ability to perform in a quota driven environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for the sales call, managing the customer meeting, handling customer resistance, closing the sale and account maintenance.
• Capability to present information in group meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales and profits.
• Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers.
• Develop plans with the Store Manager to increase sales and proactively manage leads locally.
• Identify customer needs and align solutions with NAPA offerings.
• Engage with manufacturers to improve programs and educate customers about product lines.
• Cultivate customer relationships through NAPA eSales programs.
