Job summary

The Kincaid Group is seeking an Outside Sales team member in Wichita, KS. This full-time role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, generating leads, and supporting the bid process to close opportunities within leadership guidelines.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in security/access control or related fields, a degree in communications or engineering, ability to travel locally and overnight, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field preferred.
• At least 3+ years’ experience in the Access Security field; experience may be accepted in lieu of education requirements.
• Ability to travel locally during the business day and travel out-of-area overnight.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Generate leads and assist with closing opportunities that meet leadership guidelines.
• Represent the company’s products and services and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and target new ones within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with marketing programs to cultivate new business and support website-related efforts.
