Outside Sales Manager - Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead (Finance)

Join the dynamic sales team at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead! Our stylish 316 all-suite hotel is located near top attractions like Buckhead Village District, Phipps Plaza, Lenox Square, and LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Our hotel offers over 9,000 sqft of meeting space, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, a prime location, and exceptional amenities.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales experience, particularly in hotel sales, event planning, or hospitality services. They should demonstrate experience in negotiating rates and terms of service contracts with clients and have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or a closely related field.

What will I be doing?

As an Outside Sales Manager, you will represent the hotel's services and facilities to prospective clients and customers, contributing to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inquiries from potential clients seeking sleeping rooms, meeting space, food, and beverage services, etc.
  • Traveling primarily outside the hotel to initiate new sales, solicit leads, hold conferences, and make sales proposals and presentations
  • Hosting and entertaining clients and maintaining client accounts
  • Determining rates and negotiating contracts
  • Developing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals
