Join the Dynamic Sales team at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead! Our stylish 316 all-suite hotel is located near top attractions like Buckhead Village District, Phipps Plaza, Lenox Square, and LEGOLAND Discovery Center. We offer over 9,000 sqft of meeting space, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, a prime location, and exceptional amenities.

The ideal candidate should have a successful sales track record, particularly in hotel sales, event planning, or hospitality services. Experience in negotiating rates and contracts with clients is essential, along with a minimum of 2–3 years in the hospitality industry or a related field.

What will I be doing?

As an Outside Sales Manager, you will represent the hotel’s services to prospective clients, aiming to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inquiries about rooms, meeting space, and F&B services
  • Traveling outside the hotel to generate new sales, solicit leads, and present proposals
  • Hosting and entertaining clients, maintaining client accounts
  • Negotiating rates and contracts
  • Developing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals
