HHM Hotels in Tampa seeks a driven Sales Manager to grow market share by pursuing new and repeat business across key accounts, negotiating high-value agreements, and leveraging hotel offerings.

You will partner with hotel leadership, coach sales talent, and exceed revenue targets while expanding HHM's footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales required.
• Travel requirement 50% or more.
• Previous hospitality sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to previous, current and potential clients.
• Use professional sales techniques to negotiate the best possible terms and conditions that satisfy customer (internal and external) requirements.
• Manage accounts ensuring pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented.
• Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts.
• Maintain hotel relationships with key accounts to increase customer satisfaction and account revenue.
• Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Articulate and leverage the benefits of the hotel to close sales opportunities.
• Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel and review competition.
• Represent hotel at trade shows.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Perform other duties as requested by management

HHM Hotels is expanding our footprint in the Tampa market, and we are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive market share and revenue growth across key accounts. In this role, you will aggressively pursue new and repeat business, negotiate high-value agreements, and leverage the full range of hotel offerings to capture emerging opportunities throughout the region. Partnering with hotel leadership and operational teams, you will strengthen client partnerships, coach and develop sales talent, and exceed revenue targets while fueling our ongoing growth in the Tampa market.

Your Focus

Your Background and Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Travel requirement 50% or more.
• Proven track record in sales required and previous hospitality sales experience preferred.

• Work schedule varies and may include occasionally working on holidays and weekends.
