True North Group in the United States is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to lead a local territory. You'll balance field sales with hands-on training, coaching new agents, and building your own client base.

Qualifications

• Proven outside/B2B sales experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce.
• Health & Life license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to tailor insurance plans.
• Deliver benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Support clients through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps and provide hands-on training.
• Run call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and set activity goals.
• Collaborate with manager to grow the sales team.
• Grow your own book of business while guiding others.
