Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive business in the Fort Wayne area. You will prospect, develop, and close new facility services solutions, using a CRM to manage opportunities and achieve weekly quotas.

The role includes a base salary plus monthly commissions, a car allowance, and hands-on training with opportunities for recognition and career advancement. This is a full-time, first-shift field sales position in Indiana.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend the majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field with local travel within the assigned territory.
• Office presence at the Cintas office on Mon/Wed 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Fri 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m., in addition to field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the local territory.
• Utilize the CRM to identify, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Engage in in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
