Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Westland, MI is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our Facility Services portfolio. You will prospect, develop, and close new business within your local territory, using our CRM and training to deliver industry-leading solutions.

In this role you will receive a competitive base salary plus commission and a car allowance, with opportunities for recognition and career advancement through ongoing training and support from a strong sales team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel locally and meet prospective customers in the field.
• Office hours: Mon/Wed 7:30–12:00 and Fri 7:30–10:00, plus field activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within assigned territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify and close new business; meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Provide solutions with facility services products and hands-on support.
• Participate in Sales Training Program and certification.
