Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal‑oriented Sales Representative for the Akron, OH area to join our Outside Sales team. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads, manage opportunities in the CRM, and work toward weekly and quarterly quotas.

The role blends training with real on‑the‑job experience to help you grow a successful sales career. We offer a base salary plus monthly commissions, car package, hands-on training, and opportunities for recognition and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales: prospect, develop and qualify leads within territory, and use CRM to identify and close new business.
• Meet weekly, quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas; demonstrate value to customers and close deals.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
