Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team in Fort Smith, AR. You will prospect and close new business, using our CRM to manage leads and achieve weekly sales quotas in a B2B setting.

The role includes a base salary with monthly commission, a car allowance, and ongoing training and recognition programs. This is a field-based position requiring travel within the local territory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Majority field travel within local territory is expected.
• Office schedule in office on Mon/Wed 7:30–12 and Fri 7:30–10; field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads in the local territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly goals.
• Build relationships and achieve quota through field-based selling.
