Qualifikationen

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Territory growth: develop plans to hit sales targets, margins and volume in an assigned region.
• Relationship management with retail desks, account managers, and leadership to promote brand adoption.
• Trade outreach to general contractors, residential builders, property managers, and designers.
• Product training & merchandising: conduct knowledge sessions and support showroom displays.
• Technical support: read blueprints and assist with layouts using tools like 20/20 Design or Cabinet Vision.
• Market intelligence: monitor competitor activity and CRM data to report regional trends.
