Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Use sales reports to identify opportunities in buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments with prospective customers.
• Provide solutions when service concerns arise.
• Train customers and their teams on product lines and services.
• Assist customers in the credit application process.
• Follow up with past due accounts and collect payments when needed.
