TY is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Executive based in San Jose, California. In this role, you will represent famous plush brands and secure business with new and existing customers. You'll meet clients face-to-face, showcase how our products resonate with their customers, and organize your portfolio for long-term success.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with a competitive spirit and strong people skills. Full-time commitment and outside sales experience, preferably in the toy or gift industry, are preferred. Enjoy biweekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, driven Outside Sales Executive to represent some of the most recognizable and best-selling plush brands in the world—Star Wars, Stitch, Spider-Man, Bluey, Paw Patrol, Batman, Harry Potter, Beanie Babies, and more. New adorable characters are always on the way. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and being on the move—this is your kind of role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Secure business with new and existing customers within assigned sales territory
• Meet with customers face-to-face and build real relationships
• Keep your portfolio organized and turn clients into long-term business
• Show customers how our products drive excitement and sales in their stores
• Familiarize with the Ty Inc. brand/licensing to deliver a fresh perspective to our customers
• Enter orders easily through our own iPad system, iPad included

WHAT YOU BRING:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Outside sales experience (bonus points for toy or gift industry)
