Rfi Solutions seeks an Outside Sales Rep to drive growth with a 100% commission structure and uncapped earning potential. The role emphasizes autonomy, field-based activity, and advancement opportunities within a 1099 framework.

Topeka area and surrounding regions are targeted for rapid income growth and leadership progression, supported by a comprehensive training academy and field coaching.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in direct, outside or B2B sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
• Deadline and Goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn in training and use our proven sales system in the field.
• Present and sell company products to new individuals and groups.
• Prospect and contact potential customers to grow the client base.
• Reach agreed upon activity goals by a deadline.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of developments.
• Use the system to build a self-sustaining referral stream.
