Job summary

Rogers Agency in Des Moines area is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to drive rapid growth and own income with 100% commission, bonuses, and incentives. The role includes intensive training, field coaching, and potential advancement into leadership as proficiency with our system grows.

Ideal candidates are highly driven, coachable, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently and manage their schedule. Insurance license or willingness to obtain is required.
