City Wide Facility Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Executive to own full-cycle B2B sales in the CBS Division. You will prospect, pitch, and close, then hand off to operations, while building a robust client pipeline and delivering solutions for facility needs.

With 3+ years of B2B sales, a hunter mindset, and strong communication, you will contribute to a high-energy team that rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a clear growth path.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients in the Houston area.
• Manage the sales process from appointments to proposals and presentations.
• Win new clients by overcoming objections and delivering compelling proposals.
• Maintain a healthy prospect pipeline and meet/exceed metrics.
• Utilize CRM to capture and manage customer information; coordinate with operations.

About the Opportunity

Are you a driven, ambitious sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? City Wide Facility Solutions is growing in Houston, TX and we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team! As a Sales Executive in our CBS Division, you will prospect and sell into commercial properties helping to provide solutions for their facility needs. You run the full cycle from lead generation to close and manage the project using our network of independent contractors. Working closely with account managers and your sales team, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. The CBS sales division offers 20+ services to clients in the building maintenance industry.

We're searching for someone with a true hunter mentality—a competitive, goal-oriented professional who is energized by exceeding sales targets and creating new opportunities. This is a full-cycle sales role built for hunters—you will prospect, pitch, and close, then handoff to a strong operations team that delivers.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients.
• Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand prospective client needs, create proposals and make presentations.
• Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals.
• Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, win business.
• Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information.
• Manage the project sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors.
• Enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven, documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• A true "hunter" mindset—goal-driven, self-motivated, and energized by the chase
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical thinking and sharp negotiation skills
• Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales cycles
• Problem-solving skills – ability to find a solution for or to operate proactively to solve problems
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, with strong attention to detail for entering, organizing, and maintaining customer data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Prior formal sales training (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, or similar) is a strong plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred
