Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in door & window sales or related construction sales, with knowledge of building codes and the lumber industry.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in door & window sales, new construction, or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and local codes.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Motivated, target-driven with proven sales results.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers through in-person and phone contact to secure bids and quotes.
• Maintain accurate sales and order pipelines in BisTrack.
• Prepare and present accurate proposals and quotes.
• Provide knowledgeable, courteous service at all times.
• Deliver technical information on materials, pricing, and specs.
• Visit job sites to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure projects meet profit margins.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with yard staff.
• Represent the company at events and client functions.
• Read blueprints and takeoffs; track project progress.
• Keep clients informed about product changes and options.
