Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC in Lehigh Acres, FL seeks an Outside Sales Coordinator to support the Outside Sales Representatives by placing and coordinating product orders and delivering superior customer service.

This is a full-time hourly position with flexible hours; wage is commensurate with experience. You will handle pricing inquiries, track deliveries, create quotes, and assist in expediting orders while maintaining strong communication with customers and contractors in the building materials

Qualifications

• Experience with lumber and building materials preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to persuade.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate support to the outside sales team and customers.
• Handle calls, emails, pricing, availability, deliveries, backorders, and order placements.
• Monitor shipping dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
• Intake contractor issues and assist in resolving them per company guidelines.
• Create quotes and estimates for customers and contractors.
• Order products for contractors and vendors.
• Assist Outside Sales Reps to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain superior customer service for internal and external customers.

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, is seeking an Outside Sales Coordinator. Outside Sales Coordinator support Tibbetts’ Outside Sales Representatives by placing and coordinating product orders and by providing superior customer service at all times. This is a full-time hourly position, and the successful candidate should be able to work flexible hours. Wage is commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides accurate and timely support to the outside sales team, members of the inside sales team and/or to customers.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails and questions regarding pricing, availability, delivery, backorders, specifications, returns, credits and order placements.
• Monitors scheduled shipping dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite, as needed.
• Intake customer and contractor issues and delegate handling, as necessary and assist in investigating and resolving the issue within company guidelines.
• Create and provide Quotes and estimates from the salesperson to the customers and contractors.
• Order products for contractors and vendors
• Assist Outside Sales Representatives to improve productivity and efficiency
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times
