Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant for the Tri-Cities Territory. The role involves visiting homeowners in pre-scheduled appointments, presenting window and door replacement options, and closing deals in a single sales call.

Earn a full commission, with uncapped earnings, plus paid training, coaching, and mentorship. Travel up to 2 hours daily is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home sales presentations and guide homeowners to a same-day decision.
• Attend pre-scheduled residential appointments and present replacement options.
• Follow a structured, proven sales process and close deals with a strong one-call close.
