Job summary

Dry Force is seeking motivated Outside Sales Consultants to join our Houston team. You will work with pre-qualified, scheduled appointments from homeowners who need our services, with support from a dedicated customer service team for outreach and scheduling.

You will meet homeowners, assess needs, and explain restoration solutions. The role emphasizes trust, empathy, and guiding clients through the process to restore their homes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside selling experience
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working outside in variable conditions and spaces

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to homeowners by building trust and explaining capabilities
• Evaluate loss and prepare proposed job scope using moisture meters and company tools
• Guide homeowners through engagement, secure work authorization, and discuss payment options
• Stabilize moisture content and manage homeowner expectations for subsequent work
• Communicate job status with customers, management, and carriers
• Process documentation in a timely manner
