Job summary

Dry Force in Dallas is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to join our team. You will work full-time on a route of hot homeowner leads, with pre-screened appointments and a three-week training program to accelerate success. Expect a base salary plus commissions and quarterly bonuses as you help families restore their homes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside selling experience.
• Ability to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and presenting communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces (crawl spaces/attics).
• Valid driver’s license and clearance of background/drug test.
• Willing to work overtime, some holidays, and weather-related surge events.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to homeowners by building trust and explaining Dry Force’s capabilities.
• Evaluate loss scope and prepare proposed job scope using moisture meters and company tech.
• Prepare engagement for homeowner, secure work authorization, and discuss payment options.
• Stabilize moisture content and communicate homeowner expectations for subsequent work.
• Keep customers, management, and insurers updated on job status.
• Process and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
